Virgin media are impossible to deal with. I had to ring 4 times to find a customer service officer who would help which was then rapidly sorted- the other times the staff were obtuse to the point of being misleading and unhelpful.
I have had many such experiences with Virgin Media over many years
I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years but the service has declined badly
My only regret is that I did not do this sooner
I shall not miss the poor and expensive service
