after a few years with virgin media it became poor value for money & then two price rises within a year so I switched to BT....I gave the 30 days notice required but Virgin still kept stealing money from my direct debit,until I stopped it!!! wow,then the bills come through with extra charges & then phone calls demanding immediate payment!!!! Customer services say "don't worry I will sort it" but they lie......no response to phone calls or e-mails. I now have to go to the regulator to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
