My Honest Option this company is bull. My partner used to be with them and move to my property which already have broadband services Trying to cancel the contract today and it took a god damn hour!
2 Different phone calls, the community chat wasn't much help either. On the second phone call he was put on hold multiple times which were unnecessary, and after being transferred to 3 different people, we finally got to someone that could help; only issue is she didn't help. repeating same questions several times and also asking invalid questions which was none of their business.
this customer service/support absolute shocking never ever going to virgin media again!!!
