Awful customer service. Trying to find someone to actually help you instead of just passing you off to another department is just impossible. Continue to the have the same problem over and over where an account that has switched holder as we're in a shared house keeps being re-set to the previous (now left) account holder and to their email address so we can't access our account at all!
