Very bad, unacceptable, terrible service: long wait on the telephone. Service team in Philippines try their best, but environment much too noisy, which makes it difficult to communicate. Downright disgusting service, as team in UK disconnect the call, when discussion becomes too stressful for them! Live chat unavailable, despite it being offered. Loyal customer discount for broadband laughable. Line rental sky high!. Must have paid for my line several times over. The above applies to virginmobile. A service team member in the Philippines felt that, because i didnt have a "Virgin phone" ???? (I've iphone with Virgin SIM) she couldn't discuss the problem I called for. However: VM are probably no better or worse than any of their rivals.
