My bills have gone up and up - Full house bundle TV Broadband and Phone costing me over 75 pounds per month!
I've been with Virgin over 17 years and for this loyalty Customer Services offered me a 5 pound discount, after a lengthy phone conversation to ask for a better deal.
What makes it worse is that if I was a new customer I can have exactly the Same package for 45 pounds!!
That's no way to treat loyal customers.
I must now look to change suppliers.
My advice to new Virgin customers.......have a good look at other suppliers first and check what year two is going to cost you!
