Enough is enough 😠😠😠😠😠😠after numerous attempts and complaints to so called customer services we are cancelling all virgin services asap you can have your £18.00 per month till November for a phone we returned in February but you will be out of pocket nearly £140 per month. We have been loyal customers for over ten years but this is the end. Word of warning to anybody returning anything to virgin KEEP YOUR POSTAL RECIPTS 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜
