Nobody answers the phone & no one phones back your automated service is atrocious!!
I have been waiting on a call back since 14th July, I was put onto a text message service where i was contacted at 11pm in the evening only to not be replied to. I urgently need to speak to someone and would appreciate someone contact me asap
