Im absolutely disgusted by the customer service, she was so rude to me when i was asking if i could downgrade my services as the prices were increasing. I am fed up with people who think its ok to talk down to you when your asking about a cheaper deal which is online. I think Virgin media need to find better customer service. I am now cancelling after over 10 years of loyal membership..... good riddance
