Appalling Customer Service. My cable needs to be moved as the T.V. is being moved to a room at the back of the house. No local Companies will touch it as 'it's Virgin'. So the usual jumping through hoops only to be put on hold for hours. I only want to book an Engineer and am paying them nearly £1500 per year. I would cancel but can't take my very long-standing email address with me.
