Been with virgin for over a year. Lots of promises but service is the worst I have ever had. Slow speeds, not working internet etc etc
Now on 5 day of no internet connection and very tired of hearing sane excuses. Will not allow termination of contract without charging £100 plus. Learn from my mistake and go with another provider they really can’t be as bad as virgin can they???
