I have been with Virgin Media for about 9 months until my contract finished and I’d say they’ve been the worst broadband company I’ve engaged with especially in terms of communicating post contract and dealing with issues once we had left the property. VM never sent us our return equipment box after multiple emails on my part correcting the address they wanted to send it to without any response leading to us never getting the box. After numerous complaints following this issue I am still to receive any feedback from VM. The only email they sent me was to inform me that I now have a £106 bill to pay for non-return of equipment -ridiculous...
