It would have been a -1 if possible. My wife and I accidentally ordered the same package at the same time. Three calls later they still had not got the message that one order was canceled and had to be told to refresh their system. Completely incompetent staff who lied and said the issue was solved only to be told that it was not when calling again later. The delivery date is now pushed out to unknown date. Will never use again and recommend everyone to stay away!!!
