If you got enemies...then recomend the Virgin services to them
I tried to contact with customer service and its not possible after a few hours and dozens so called security questions I have been told to be transferred to specialist and then 20 minutes rubbish music and silence.
Very bad service...I wanted make cancellation of the contract but the dont want to accept
