We had an issue with our broadband. Having been with Virgin over 10 years, I am surprised that when I called for support, the man at the other end was rude, and did not care if I stayed with virgin or not.
If I was his boss he would be without a job today. Service, when its paid for is very important. They take monies in advance, and when it does not work, like this chap was rude. He should not be working at virgin.
