One of the worst. Took a year to connect me up (I was stuck with them because only alternative was 2MBs BT line.
Stuck with their overpriced constant price increases for 3 years with no choice because of their effective monopoly.
Quote high expensive download speeds - dont mention the 10MBs uploads!
Dislike the fact should you move (and likely not get Virgin area) they hold you to the remainder of the contract
Discovered Three HomeFi less than half the price 80MB download 30+MB upload!!!!!
Bye bye virgin media monopoly forever!!!!
