VIRGIN MEDIA SUCKS
They have a very long arm to your bank account and a tiny short hand to provide services which is what we are paying for. My land line hasn’t worked for 9 months, had technicians around twice but no changes and they are still charging me. When you call they give you false hope and promises they never keep. There is always extra charges here and there. Their broadband is as fast as I was told. Ridiculous 😤
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VIRGIN.
