A company of almost unbelievable crassness and incompetence. Found a £6 pm contract 1000 mins unlimited text 2 gb data from uswitch.com for Virgin mobile ( the company I am currently with). Already had a pay as you go mobile. Just wanted to switch from pay as you go to a contract. Tried doing this via 789 and was told that if its not on the virgin mobile website then they cannot do it
