Shockingly bad customer service. I was mid sold my initial package. Head told there were no charges to set up virgin media and was then billed £204. I had specifically asked as I told them I would not take out VM if there was a charge. So they fraudulently gained my account. They then took the money out two weeks early which was directly after Xmas. This put my account into arrests. Each time I have spoken to customer service I have been promised they would sort out the problems but never do. I have been lied to and cheated out of money. Disgusting service. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND VIRGIN MEDIA
