Customer service is getting worse. The box resets itself while flicking through channels. On demand and catch stop working at least once a week. Broadband is fantastic when it’s working. Takes forever before you get to speak to someone. The manager who EVENTUALLY called me back today did not help with my complaint and would not listen to what I had to say. The complaint was not resolved. If you are an existing customer you get nothing whereas knew customers get more. I would not recommend virgin media. They use to be fantastic but over time they have got worse. They basically do not care about their customers.
