I’m a non Virgin Media customer .The appalling Customer Service beggars belief.I had to complain about the slipshod method of their cable installation and connection to a neighbour’s house,culminating in our clean navy blue car being covered ,including windows, with thick grey concrete dust. The noise from the drill in use was deafening and injurious. I lodged a complaint and after numerous phone calls , I’m told that my financial claim,for car cleaning is being considered because I am a non Virgin customers and do not have a Virgin account !!!!
I‘ve told them a cheque ,£13.00 ,to cover the cost, would suffice!! Fortunately,I have maintained a log of events. The” excuses” and Virgin diary of events displayed a discrepancy and ,in my opinion, an economical use of the truth.
Having read the reviews of their customers,my advice is ,avoid this part of the Virgin Logo like the plague
I’m still waiting for a reply to my claim. Financial con merchants lacking integrity.
