Long story short - I had my installation booked for Feb 7th, then had it cancel on me about 5 different times and eventually pushed back to 14th March...
The call centre staff are the worst, absolute pathetic excuse for "customer service", they can't do their jobs properly at all.
I'm sure Richard Branson must be getting his internet from BT
