SHOCKING!!!!!! Cancelled our broadband which wasn't easy cause we couldn't remember our original password.. finally got to speak to a human who cancelled direct debit and told me my final bill would be £6.96 and to ring up and pay. Today I gets an email saying I owe another £41.74! Also cancellation email was sent to an ex partner and they couldn't resend it to the correct email.. nothing online mentioning any cancellation either. We just have to trust they cut us off on the 15th!!
