Contempt for long standing customers
I've been with VM for more than a decade. Coming out of contract, monthly cost increased from £27 to £44.50 a 65% monthly increase.
Going back into contract, best offered was £30.50 per month, a 13% increase. A new customer can get the identical package for £25 per month with no connection fee.
This is disgraceful.
