Absolutely shocking service - I am a business broadband customer and had no end of issues.
DO NOT TOUCH VIRGIN FOR BROADBAND - IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, IT WILL NEVER GET FIXED!
Customer Care has never replied to any of my emails, even though I have spoken to them directly in the past.
