Just I called virgin media to change my package for new one for this year
they waste 40 minutes just for security question
the same guy he don't have any information for the broadbands. than I asked him to transfer me to another guy to discuss. They kept me in line 15 minute, but a minute, nobody answered.
disgusting they waste your time for more than hours and you got no help👎👎👎
