Virgin media absolutely shocking all round services amongst other things. I have to be honest as I have virgin gym and virgin credit which are both ok, but virgin media well wow we’re should I begin I have been unable to get hold of anyone and have been waiting on a call back since June stay away there is many cheaper brands with better service and support.
