Hi have been a customer with virgin for 25yrs and never had a problem getting in touch with customer service until now !!!! My broadband is so unreliable and I have tried contacted them today via chat as you cannot get through on the phone at all !!!!
11am this morning gave them my details and the issues with the broadband speed which constantly alters ! I finally received a reply at 3.30pm saying that as I hadn't responded to their message within ten minutes I have missed my slot so have to wait again !!!!! What sort of service is this !!! It's ridiculous !!!!
