Virginmedia broadband client for 3 years
I am their client for 3 years, the first year with a contract and the next 2 years without. This year Virginmedia broadband decided to convince me to re-enter the 18-month contract. They made me an offer, I accepted, after I was contacted that the offer that was accepted by me is not correct but they will continue to respect it, after 3 months they do not respect the offer and I am forced to take them to court.
