Just had virgin put into our neighbourhood. I was interested so that morning I had a look on line. That afternoon a virgin ‘field sales advisor ‘ knocked on the door. I wasn’t well and dogs kicking off so I just said thank you but I don’t really complete things like this at the door I’ll continue on line but thank you. She said I have offers not available on line. Again I thanked her but said I wished to continue online. In a huff she said if you want to waste money then fine and walked off!!! I don’t really open my door to be spoken to in a rude way. I really wasn’t feeling well, hence why I was at home. This morning Virgin I would have signed up with you, now I won’t bother. Well done your ‘field sales advisor’ cost you a sale!! Not happy and I never got as far as signing up. No wonder you have so many unhappy customers if you treat everyone like me!! I’m going to stay away.
