There seems to be no internal communication within Virgins call centre. Staff contact you to assist but have no idea that you have already sent them written information (once on a on-line complaint form and once in a reply to a message). Irrelevant auto generated responces are sent to you repeatedly. I have wasted time with them. Worst and most irritating call centre I have ever come across.
