Absolutely horrendous. I ordered flowers on the 6th of December for delivery on the 8th of December. It is now the 10th of December and nothing has been delivered!!!
I have tried the chat function twice that indicates that you wait approximately 4 mins, I waited 45 mins - Nothing
I tried it again, waited 15 mins - Nothing
I have emailed to chase the order - Nothing
I am fuming as I can't get a hold of someone to find out where the delivery is or if the person would ever get it.
I don't think they really care because it is cheaper than others but now realize not by much. I could kick myself for choosing them now.
IF I could give 0 stars I would. No response whatsoever to apologize for a delay or anything.
I am looking for how I can raise a formal complaint.
I understand things can get delayed but communicate that! In this case no thought of customer care.
