“First time using B&M flowers and it was a great experience. Fantastic value for money, arrived on time for my friend who's birthday it was. She said the flowers were beautiful a generous bunch of blooms and very fresh which will last a long time. Will certainly use B&M flowers again and recommend to family and friends.”

“Terrible service. I never received my flowers and yet you ask me to review my experience. Is this a joke to you? I ordered flowers on Monday the 15th and they never arrived and your customer service never provided any reasonable explanation. I actually found the staff quite rude and dismissive. Won’t be ordering again!! I hope I receive my refund as per my request!!”
