“Disappointed! The flowers I ordered were for my mum for what would have been her and my dads 49th Wedding Anniversary. Some of the stems were bent so had to be cut a lot shorter than the others abd sone buds were very droopy. The response I had was that they were what I ordered and they will perk up in a couple of days. They aren't going to grow new stems!!!!”

“I paid £35 for a bouquet of flowers.what I got was dead flowers worth £10.The roses were dropping their petals.I had to go out and buy another bouquet from a shop.If you want to purchase flowers please don't buy from BM flowers.You will only feel ripped off.”

“Nothing like the photo at all. Hardly any flowers, the rose was mostly dead and overall a very disappointing purchase. No way there are worth £20”

“Just can't fault this service, I have 3 daughter in laws and a daughter who live all over. For birthdays all I have to do is order and pay! The most beautiful flowers for an amazing price. I wish more people knew about this service. Independent florists can charge bouquet limit £30 then £15 for delivery. So this is so amazing for me 🩷”

“Flowers did not resemble photo on website and were very poorly packed, disappointing as sent as a gift and the response from B&M was that the flowers delivered were as per the website image, not in my opinion and as per photo’s attached”

“They were delivered early on the day asked for, bonus, and my friend was over the moon with them. I didnt see them myself but she was full of praise for them. Would definitely recommend to all who ask. I have used B&M Flowers before so knew all would be well”

“Extremely disappointed.I ordered a £30 bouquet to be delivered and the size of the bouquet was no more than I would have paid £6.99 for at supermarket. I was quite embarrassed when I saw the quantity of the flowers received. I contacted B&M who advised I had received the right quantity.”

“Bunch of flowers didn’t look as advertised and despite paying for the upgraded bunch it didn’t seem to represent the picture as advertised. They were ordered as a gift so was left quite disappointed. The flowers did look fresh just not as many as there should have been.”
