“Tried twice to order Thankyou flowers and wine paying by Apple Pay. Looked like it went through but after checking my bank it had not been taken. So third time I paid by manually putting card in. Hopefully the flowers and wine will now ne sent. Very frustrating”

“I have purchased previously from here and have been very happy with no problems until now. I ordered 2 weeks in advance to be delivered for Mothers day, paid extra for large bouquet and was very disappointed. Size of bouquet not large at all and quality of flowers very bad. Customer service response was very quick and they have offered me partial refund but it doesnt cover the cost of the half dead flowers or the actual size I requested. I am not sure I will use them again as I want my flowers to be delivered fresh and the actual size I requested. I have photos and video but this page does not give me the option to upload.”
