Both recipients received their flowers yesterday, 5th, after failure before Christmas. If I had known you would send them by post I would have used other means, The post office failed me twice twice at Christmas with one of the recipients.
Sorry, I have just seen further in the survey that you ask how they arrived. I do not know with the second delivery. I received a call at around 18:30 saying they just arrived and were beautiful
