The review request was for the B&M Flowers website, and I have only just ordered my first delivery, so I cannot rate the quality of the flowers as yet, because they will not arrive for two days. It seems pointless to end the 'checkout process' with a feedback request, as customers are not in a position to make a judgement at that time.
The feedback request needs to be an email sent to the purchaser about 5-7 days after purchase.
I can say that I was very happy with the functionality of the website until the point at which I was asked to fill in the feedback, which, being far too soon, seems to be a serious flaw in the process.
