I ordered a bouquet of carnations as a small Valentine's Day gift for my mum, unfortunately instead of 8 blooms as mentioned on the purchase page, only 6 were in the bouquet she received, and the gift note I'd written was missing as well. I contacted customer care and they kindly arranged for the bouquet to be redelivered the week afterwards. It arrived promptly, with gift note and flower feed (also previously missing) however it was a completely different bouquet to what I'd ordered. I appreciate the customer service when there was a problem and I'd try B&M Flowers again but I do feel there's room for improvement, and I wouldn't order around busy holidays like Valentine's again because I feel like that might have affected the quality. The flowers themselves are lovely and have lasted very well though.
