Lovely choice of flowers at reasonable price. Flowers received by me last year were lovely. Processing order was confusing - there was no indication that my email/password had been accepted, but the transaction continued anyway. When filling in my card details, I didn't have to enter name on card, which seemed a bit strange. I have also mentioned previously that some means of sorting flower options eg by type of flower or price would be helpful, as opposed to the arbitrary classification of occasion.
