My daughter purchased a bouquet with balloons and a box vase. I got 7 carnations and a bit of gypsum, how disgusting that you offered her a 10.00 voucher towards other flowers ! Why would she buy from you again when you cant get this order right ! Disgusting ! Customer service is non existent
