The ordering process was quite stressful because my daughter who was receiving the flowers, lives in a new build flat and B&M kept insinuating that they couldn’t guarantee they’d be delivered. Not ideal when they’re a birthday present! Anyway, they arrived safe and sound and were lovely. Just could have done without the anxiety!
