The Flowers are good quality, price is reasonable, delivery excellent, easy website to use, my only disappoint and the reason for only 4 stars is the message has not been included in most of my orders so the recipient does not know who they are from! However it has not stopped me ordering from B&m just wish this issue could be rectified.
