Order didn't arrive for Mother's Day. Received a brush-off email in response to my concerns, just telling me I'll get an email once the item has dispatched!
If 'Ryan' had bothered to take a few extra seconds to check the tracking number he provided, he would have seen Royal Mail were still awaiting the receipt of the bouquet and chocolates!
Two days later they are now no longer responding. 5 emails sent, only one response received. This isn't a failure due to COVID-19, it's a service quality failure.
Poor, poor, poor. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
