Cannot believe how bad an experience this has been, ordered and paid for next day delivery, should of arrived 03/04 still waiting these were for an important occasion. Spoke with online chat 06/04 and they promised to send replacement flowers, still no delivery.
Tried to order some flowers to another address only to find out the order had not gone through
, although showed it had.
Now cannot speak to anyone on the phone and online chat unavailable, have tried phoning and just keep being told lines are busy, maybe with more complaints.
So disappointed as recommended to you from a relation that sent me some beautiful flowers and had no problem.
I do not even receive any email confirmations of orders I have placed.
