I ordered a bouquet for my mum's 80th birthday and chose the balloon and birthday cake as additional extras. Unfortunately the cake was not received however the flowers were great quality and lasted a few weeks. I contacted Customer Support and they refunded the cost of the cake with no issues...would happily order flowers from B & M again!
