Unfortunately I am not one of the 96 per cent who are happy with the flowers provided by B & M Flowers. I ordered them for someone who was getting over a stroke & a Hip replacement. As they are just beginning to walk again I though I would send them as a way of lifting her spirits. I ordered them on the Friday to be delivered on the Saturday. As I didn't hear from her on Saturday or Sunday I presumed she had not received them. I contacted her on the Monday & found out she had received them on the Saturday morning & she hadn't phoned me because the flowers were so poor she didn't feel she could ring me to thank me. A lot of the buds had been broken off & the flowers were sub standard quality. I felt awful. I have now written a number of Emails to B&M flowers advising them of mine/her disappointment & requesting a refund. They are now asking me for photographs of the flowers to be sent to them. They were sent to an s.c.s who is self isolating because of her health problems & she lives a distance away from me. I certainly wouldn't expect her to photograph the flowers & she is not in a position for me to visit her. I am very disappointed in B&M flowers & I certainly would not use their services again. If I could have scored zero I would have done
