Absolutely awful! Ordered flowers on 29th November for delivery on 2nd December. Flowers hadn't arrived by 3rd so contacted B&M to be told has I hadn't paid extra for tracking it was my fault and go away. Flowers finally arrived on 6th obviously dead with no water for 6 days. Customer service wanted photographic evidence which couldn't be provided due to elderly recipient not being able to do this who was extremely upset and blaming herself. They then offered a partial voucher as compensation which has been refused, they state next day delivery in my case 6 days is not next day no matter how busy royal mail is.
