Ordered these https://www.bmflowers.co.uk/next-day-flowers/blush-bouquet for my daughter for Christmas. They were left underneath her car overnight (nobody knocked even though she was there all day) and were extremely dry and had started wilting.
B&M maintain 'After showing the Florist Manager the photographs that you have sent us they have said that can't see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered.'
