Delivery 8 days late.
No replies to numerous emails asking about Delivery.
Flowers arrived in poor condition
Offered a £10 voucher but would have to spend a minimum of £20
plus
Flowers bought on behalf of grandchildren for their parents anniversary so alot of extremely disappointed people
Request to send replacement or refund refused
Family unable to get any benefit from receiving a bunch of flowers in poor condition due to holidays
Apparently this is my fault for getting in touch so late!!
No mention of apologies and lack of response to emails!
