Just recently I placed my first order with B&M flowers, I paid for the large bunch of carnations 16 stems and a greetings card to and who they were from. Unfortunately my recipient only received 10 stems and a blank greetings card. The lady had no idea who had sent them for her birthday, not good! I explained to B&M what had happened and thought they would recompense me in some way. They did apologise and offered me a £10 voucher off my next order, I was pleased, until they dictated the ins and outs. To get this voucher I would have to spend £32.90 inc delivery before they would honour the voucher. I was disappointed about this so I refused, as they should have offered me the voucher off my next purchase without having to spend that amount of money, with no guarantee of them getting my second order right. This order was my first and the LAST!! Very disappointed, Would I recommend NO WAY. I've used many other florist's many times without any problem's whatsoever. L HOLDEN, NORTH YORKSHIRE.
