Flowers order 11th to be delivered 13th. They didnt arrive with royal mail 24hr courier until 14th. Apparently NI and Scotland takes an extra day. Flowers lovely arrived in box. I contact BM on 13th and they provided update and voucher for £10 off due to delay.
